Design has provided an opportunity to make relationships with some amazing people across the country.

Able to Work With Clients of All Types

Crafting Blooming Digital Experiences

At Teleflora, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small, locally owned shops to national conglomerates with locations across several states. I designed SEO-optimized eCommerce sites that balanced eye-catching aesthetics with WCAG accessibility compliance, ensuring each site was visually appealing and easy to navigate. Every project allowed me to blend creativity with technical precision, making sure each storefront was uniquely tailored to its brand.

I collaborated with clients across North America; from the busy streets of NYC and San Francisco to the peaceful midwestern landscapes of Topeka to Oshkosh. This experience honed my web design and digital marketing skills but also deepened my understanding of the regional nuances driving consumer engagement. My time at Teleflora is exemplified by a commitment to crafting inclusive, innovative, and beautifully functional digital experiences for customers of all varieties.

Over the last two years, I've had an opportunity to lead projects helping improve global eFlorist usability.

Platform and Product Design Enhancement

Creative Platform Innovations: Boosting Engagement and SEO

AI Powered FAQ Generator

AI-Powered FAQ Generator [Spring 25]

I designed a dynamic FAQ generator leveraging AI to create custom, relevant content for our shops. This not only streamlined the FAQ creation process but also boosted SEO, increasing the visibility and relevance of our content across multiple platforms.

Product Page Redesign

Product Page Redesign [Spring 24]

With a focus on improving user experience, I redesigned the product page based on feedback and focus testing from key stakeholders. The new layout effectively showcased products on both desktop and mobile while tackling challenges like integrating product add-ons and positioning the Add to Cart button for optimal performance. The result? A more seamless shopping experience with even better performance metrics.

Mobile Navigation Menu
